It is commonly called the “PENISCACTUS” there are different types and this particular one is -TYPE B- it’s also known as a “shortform” .  This is a rare cactus that you will not find at a commercial nursery or box store , this one is for collectors and is considered a SCORE if you can locate one !!! - I personally cut this off my stand and planted it in this big square pot , and I’ll remove it and ship it to you bare root !
