“Serra blue” San Pedro Cactus !

Deep blue , Trichocereus peruvianus/Macrogonus! One of the original field collected landrace Trichocereus macrogonus from peru to be Released into the cactus community in the 1960’s !  This cactus stays blue in color with red spines that fade to black and then become silver and gold with age . In full sun it gets light blue with a powdery skin . In shade or filtered light it grows extremely blue , a bit less glaucous . When grown in the heat the spines grow extremely long , reaching over 3” in length!!! This cactus grows fat and gets a very thick trunk , often branching and producing basal pups ! 

You will receive an extremely similar cutting to the one pictured , over 3” thick with a perfect tip ! the ruler is one foot and the soda can is for size reference, all sides of this cactus are pictured and it has a healthy tip . This is grown by me and I cut it clean , it has a perfect callous that is ready to be shipped to you and you can plant it whenever you are ready after receiving it ! This will root fast and grow quickly
